Our return policy allows returns or exchanges for unworn and unwashed products received in the last 31 days.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 3-5 business days or fewer, after our returns department receives the returned item.

For our German customer, if you'd like to start a return, please visit our Return Portal.

Please follow the steps below to return items:

1. Mark on the packing list what you want to return. Add the list to the return package
2. Please re-use the original box. Include all the original packaging material. We will re-use them :) 
3. Ship to this address ⬇️
